Federal Judges Take Aim at Predatory Internet Gambling

Here’s a must read summary of the exchange between three Federal Appeals Court judges and proponents of the predatory internet gambling trade in Federal Court this week. The judges asked the right questions and exposed the badly constructed logic of the predatory gambling trade’s claims.

Here’s one more point for our courts to consider for future cases: Anyone who promotes predatory internet gambling, despite knowing the intensity of its addictiveness and how it traps people in debt, is saying that some people in America are expendable. Doesn’t our Constitution prohibit anyone from denying another American equal protection under the law?
